Programs
Busy Schedule, Working in the evening, Need fast track intensive
training, live outside Fredericksburg/Virginia ? Regardless what
condition you have with your schedule, goals and other variable, we
have a very broad variety of program specifically tailored or
designed to match your need or goal. We offer everything from
public regular class, personal training (private), area group
training (elite group), Instructor program, woman self-defense
class, Little Dragon Wing Chun class for Children* and also Qi Gong Meditation class.
Age Requirement
Black Flag Wing Chun Kungfu
Program for adult: Age 14 to 60 years old.
Little Dragon Wing Chun: Age 6 to 14 years old.
The core of the program is based on Black Flag Wing Chun™ Kungfu’s principles(With
the exception of Children Wushu Class**NEW).
The goal is to have the students to master their own body, mind and
energy toward the changes with Time and Space concept within three ranges of
bridging combat ( Thian[Heaven], Tei[Earth], Jin[Man] ) through
practicing drills, forms, sparring drills, self-defense, sticky
hand, wooden dummy and weapon training.
Regular Public Class;
This is three hours per week training program that has 9 levels and
will take approximately 4 years to complete. No prior experience
required. Male, female, young, adult, children and seniors are
welcome. It's never too late to start learning Kung Fu.
Personal Training (Private Class);
Learn either at your home, office or onsite in Fredericksburg and
Northern Virginia, offered 7 days a week, by appointment.

This is exclusively for those who desire
methodical private training in a individual lesson setting. It is
for those who want to benefit from learning but aren't able or
choose not to join a group class setting due to a demanding
schedule, location distance, security reason, celebrity status or
any number of reasons. Nevertheless, they want the best personalized
training available and all the benefits that come with it. Only
those who are truly serious about high level training and have the
means may qualify.

the class, program and time around your needs and development. A great opportunity to

Fredericksburg Instructor Candidates Program Class(FICP);
Make the Decision to Take Yourself to the Next Level !
We offer several types of Affiliation and Instructor
certification programs for students or instructors living in
Virginia states.
You will work only with very small group of Instructor
candidates, lead directly with the Chief Instructor of Shaolin
Kungfu Center™ Fredericksburg, Suhu Lin. This program is designed for
qualified students whom are committed to become Instructor of Black
Flag Wingchun™. Within the program, Students are taught how to do
effective teaching of the system, depending on the level/curriculum
they teach.
Suhu Lin will dedicate a set amount of hours on several
days/week every cycle/period. This program is only for serious
candidates. Candidate must qualify in order to join the Instructor
Candidates program. The goal of this program is to prepare a student
to teach their own local group area and in the end, students will be
ready to open their own school. The training will be done at very
intensive level at very long hours. This program is not for
everyone.

Area Group Training;
If you live in a different city, you can also
join your local satellite group area. The class is being conducted by
the Student that is enrolled in the Instructor Program for at least
6 months
minimum (Completed training 216 hours). Suhu [ Master ] Lin, as Chief Instructor of Shaolin Kungfu
Center™, will visit and spend four to six hours to inspect and teach
the group every month.
Women Self Defense Class;
This program will help women into becoming
more fit and
more confident people. This class is geared around realistic
self-defense situations,
target work, cardio, and strength training designed to increase body
density. Learn how to walk with confidence that is the best form of
self-defense.
Little Dragon Wingchun Class for Children

Hou Tian Qi Gong Class (Im Yang pre-arranged heaven breathing);
This program is designed for anyone that
just wants to learn about Qi Gong (internal breathing) to boost their
health, cure sickness and live longer.
Out of Town Instructor Candidate Program(OTICP)
We offer several types of Affiliation and Instructor
certification programs for students or instructors living out of
Virginia states. Each of the training visit can be arranged or
schedules. The day will be at the long weekend (Friday, Saturday and
Sunday), a full day training.
You will work only with very small group of Instructor candidates,
lead directly with the Chief Instructor of Shaolin Kungfu CenterTM
Fredericksburg, Suhu Lin. This program is designed for qualified
students that live outside Fredericksburg/Virginia whom are
committed to become Instructor of Black Flag Wingchun™. Within the
program, Students are taught how to do effective teaching of the
system, depending on the level/curriculum they teach.

every cycle/period. This program is only for serious candidates.
